Randolf commenced his business career in 1981 building commercial and residential homes in South Australia. He built several shopping centres including the Stirling Arcade and the highly sought after "Druids Walk" in the Adelaide Hills. He currently holds a Low Medium Rise Builders license and is a member of the Master Builders Association and the REIQ.

In 1986 he moved to beautiful Queensland and started a business "The Glass Block Shop" in Fortitude Valley which developed into a national business with distributor's nation wide and a second office in St Peters NSW. Randolf enjoyed international success with the development of "Blokup" a patented assembly system for Glass Blocks which is now sold around the world. This enormous success helped developed his property skills, building several projects around Brisbane.

Randolf is also a family man with four children attending Brookfield State School. He and his wife Michelle have lived in the area since 1992 and has also been involved in many community events. He has been the fund raising co-coordinator at Brookfield state school and a local soccer coach.

Dealing in property became an enjoyable hobby thus it seemed like a natural step to develop his ambition and open "Urban 8 Real Estate". His confidence, Integrity and vibrant personality, together with his negotiation skills make him the envy of his peers.

Brian has a background in the building industry and has successfully renovated and sold homes in Australia and the United Kingdom prior to becoming a full time real estate salesperson in 1996.

Brian has also lived and worked in Holland, Germany, South Africa,Egypt and Libya. This experience has exposed him to many different cultures and has helped to create a greater understanding of peoples needs and desires. As Brian says, "They are all pretty much the same.
